These Game Farms are proudly presented to South African clients.

Seasons are determined by bookings, temprature, mating-, and calving seasons.

Low Season - September to March


Vlakpan: Main Camp

The main camp has a beautiful setup with central kitchen, dining room for +45 people, lounge with bigscreen DSTV, conference facilities for +45 people, swimming pool and jacuzzi with a unique 'Bosveld'-bar. The chalets are neat thatched-roof chalets with green lawns between bushveld trees.

Chalet 1 - 4

Every chalet has 6 single beds with an en-suite bathroom.

Fully equipped with bedding, towls, airconditioning, kettle e.t.c., and is serviced daily.

Low Season: R 1200 per chalet per night.

Chalet 5 - 6

Every chalet has a double bed and sleeper couch, with an en-suite bathroom.

Fully equipped with bedding, towls, airconditioning, kettle e.t.c., and is serviced daily.

Low Season: R 700 per chalet per night.

Guest Houses - Steenbok & Duiker

One room with a double bed, one with two single beds.

Open plan kitchen, dining room, lounge with DSTV, airconditioning and large braai facilities outside.

Fully equipped with airconditioning, bedding, cutlery, ice, wood, freezing facilities, stove, and microwave oven. Seviced daily. Self catering.

Low Season: R 1400 per house per night.

Bush Camp "Leeuloop"

Sleeps ten in a central sleeping area.  Separate ablution with showers and flush toilets. Unique braai and viewing point at watering hole.  No electricity. Bedding, cutlery, mosquito nets, gas lamps, wood and ice are supplied.  Please bring your own towels.  Self catering.

Low Season: R 700 per night.

Ameland

Ameland’s camp consists of 2 double story chalets and central lapa with kitchen, braai and social area under roof.   Swimming pool and additional ablution.

Vaalbos

Sleeps 8. Two rooms with 4 bunk beds. Bathroom with shower, kitchen, lounge and stoep with braai.

Fully equipped and serviced daily.

Low Season: R 1200 per chalet per night.

Sekelbos

Sleeps 16. Three rooms with 1 double bed and 7 bunk beds. Bathroom with two showers, kitchen, lounge and stoep with braai.

Fully equipped and serviced daily.

Low Season: R 2400 per chalet per night.

Akasia Lapa

Fully equipped kitchen.  Fridge and freezer.  Braai equipment and area.  Ablution.  Under roof social area and swimming pool.

  1. Camp Bookings :
    Vlakpan Main Camp sleeps 30 @ R5500 per night
    Ameland Vaalbos, Sekelbos & Akasia Lapa, Sleeps 24 @ R3200 per night
  2. Guest Houses (Vlakpan): Sleeps 8 @ R1400 per house per night
  3. Bush Camp: Sleeps 10 @ R700 per night
  4. Conference facilities: R600 per person per day, meals included.
  5. Day Visitors @ R350 per person from 07:00 – 17:00. Half-price for primary school children.
  6. Catering @ R250 per person. An unique 'boskos' menu with game dishes are served.
  7. Sunday morning: Coffee, rusks and cereals only.
  8. Game Drives twice daily included in price. No private vehicles or quad bikes.
  9. Guest Houses and Bush Camp and Ameland are self catering .
  10. Wood and Ice is supplied.
  11. All units serviced daily.
  12. Main Camp offers catering and has a cash bar. Bringing your own drinks not allowed due to legislation.
  13. Deposit of 25% required to secure booking.
  14. All prices excludes VAT. As a VAT-registered business VAT will be added to all prices.
  15. Arival time: 10:00
  16. Departure: Clear rooms 8:00; Depart 12:00; Gates close 13:00 on Sundays.

Hunting Season - April to August


Vlakpan: Main Camp

R650 per person per night

Includes accomodation, hunting fee, slaughtering of carcass and catering.

Bar tab invoiced to individual person / group or company.

Vlakpan: Guest Houses - Steenbok & Duiker

R450 per person per night

Includes accomodation, hunting fee, slaughtering of carcass.

Ice and wood are supplied.

Self catering.

 

Vlakpan: Bush Camp "Leeuloop"

R250 per person per night

Includes accomodation, hunting fee, slaughtering of carcass.

Ice and wood are supplied.

Self catering.

Vlakpan: Day Visitor

R350 per person per day

Ameland: Vaalbos & Sekelbos

R350 per person per night

Includes accomodation, hunting fee, slaughtering of carcass. Self catering.

Addisional Information

  1. No destinction between hunters and non-hunters.
  2. Foreign accomodation and hunting fees on request.
  3. Day Visitors @ R350 per person from 07:00 – 17:00
  4. Primary school children @ half price.
  5. Guide Fees optional according to guest's descretion. Payable at management who wil divide it equaly between guides at end of season.
  6. Wood and Ice is supplied.
