RATES FOR CONFERENCES 2024 - VLAKPAN
*Accommodation: Main camp: 16 Chalets
- R1 900 per persoon per nag + BTW.
- This includes accommodation, coffee & biscuits, Brunch and dinner.
- Can sleep 40 people.
*Guesthouses: Steenbok & Duiker
- Can sleep 4 people per house.

- Lunch/Breakfast R200
- Conference R900

- Rates for Foreign customers on request
- All units are serviced daily.
- No use of own vehicles or quad bikes is allowed.
- Catering only at the Main Camp: A unique forest food menu with game dishes among other things is served.
- No own drinks are allowed at the Main Camp due to liquor license regulations
- A deposit of 50% of the accommodation to confirm the booking
- In case of cancellation, the deposit is forfeited.
- We are a VAT-registered business, VAT must be added
- Arrival: 08:00 & Check-Out: 10:00
